Arizona Official Threatens to Cut Off Los Angeles Power as Payback for Boycott

FOXNews.com – Arizona Official Threatens to Cut Off Los Angeles Power as Payback for Boycott.

Wow, you have to wonder just how stellar President Obama’s leadership has been.  Our allies have no respect for us (didn’t Turkey and Brazil just dis us with Iran), our rival have no respect for us (as if Russia and China would even remotely support sanctions on Iran) and our enemies spit right on the White House (Hugo Chavez, Ahmadi-Nejad, and whatever Kim is running N. Korea).

As if his overseas leadership is a disaster, here in the states, where Democrats are supposed to “own” the domestic debate, his incompetence has led to state-against-state economic fights.  In this case, Arizona passes a law that reinforces existing Federal law, Los Angeles decides it has some say over what Arizonans want, declares a boycott against a state it is dependent on, and Obama is silent on the matter.  Silent over Arizona support Federal statutes, silent over the assault on Arizona from bizarre socialist states, and absent entirely from the discussion over securing our borders.

He is a disaster area, across-the-board.

And how about Los Angeles?  I hope Arizona pulls the literal plug on their energy resources.  Please go for it, that might just end this moron’s mayoral chances….  Arizona has my full support!

editor comment: NO Filvis…Obama has not been silent he has chosen to stand against Arizona…but your point is spot on.  What is really scary….we are seeing the hardening of positions and attitudes in a way there is no coming back from.  States like Arizona, Texas, the Midwest area are growing increasingly restless.  They are pushing back and flexing their state muscle.  They are met with a predictable response as an arrogant president, intent on centralizing power pushes back.  We have been here before.  Last time it took a war to save the union.
